ゲートドライバモジュール（ドライバコア）は、DC-DC電源とドライブ回路が一体となった製品です。
2500Vまでのパワーモジュールに対応しています。
1次-2次間の寄生容量を極限まで低減し、SiCパワーモジュールの駆動に最適です。
製品の特長
- 非常に小さい寄生容量を実現：12pF(TYP)/コモンモードノイズ低減可能
- 短絡マスク時間調整可能：1us以上/SiCの駆動に最適
- 豊富な保護回路：DESAT、Soft turn off、Miller clamp
- 大容量絶縁電源搭載：4W/1ch 高周波動作に最適
