Resignation of Board Director

Tamura Corporation announces that Norihiko Nanjo, Director, Senior Executive Officer and COO will retire from the Board as of October 31 , 2023 for personal reasons.

He will remain in the Group as a part time advisor.

The number of remaining members can satisfy the minimum number of Board Directors required by law and the Articles of Incorporation of the Company.
