2LG-C series
For 100mm×140mm type IGBT Power Modules
2LG-C series is suitable for 100mm×140mm type power modules.Built-in isolated DC / DC converter and gate drive circuit, in addition, gate resistor and short circuit protection have already been set. There is also a Follower board, so multiple power modules can be driven simultaneously with one signal.
Product Features
- Low coupling capacitance: 12pF/ Common mode noise reduction
- SC protection: Short-circuit mask time (tsc) / Adjustable down to 1us
- Double protections: DESAT, Soft turn off and *Active clamp
- High output power: Output power suitable for high frequency drive (4W/1ch)
- Scalability: Highly expandable design regardless of circuit method
*2LG-C series is equipped with DESAT and Soft turn off function as standard.
