2EG-C series
For 17mm type IGBT Power Modules
2EG-C series is suitable for 17mm IGBT power module. Built-in isolated DC/DC converter and gate drive circuit and short circuit protection have already been set. Gate resistance is not assembled. They must be assembled by the user before operation.
Product Features
- Low coupling capacitance: 12pF/ Common mode noise reduction
- SC protection: Short-circuit mask time (tsc) / Adjustable down to 1us
- Double protections: DESAT, Soft turn off and *Active clamp
- High output power: Output power suitable for high frequency drive (4W/1ch)
- Scalability: Highly expandable design regardless of circuit method
*2EG-C series is equipped with DESAT and Soft turn off function as standard.
Active Clamp function is not standard. Please contact us for details.
