For PrimePACK™4in1 type IGBT Power Modules
It is an optimum gate driver for 3-Level circuit IGBT (4in1). We prepared two models for T-TYPE and I-TYPE with a low profile of almost the same height as the T-Prime terminals.

- Supports 3-level circuit control
- Double protections: DESAT, Soft turn off and Active clamp
- High output power: Output power suitable for high frequency drive (4W/1ch)
- Scalability: Highly expandable design regardless of circuit method
