2EG-B series is suitable for 17mm IGBT power module. Built-in isolated DC/DC converter and gate drive circuit and short circuit protection have already been set. Gate resistance is not assembled. They must be assembled by the user before operation.

    / Adjustable down to 1us. Suitable for SiC Power Modules
  • Double protections: DESAT, Soft turn off and Miller clamp
  • High output power: Output power suitable for high frequency drive (4W/1ch)
  • Scalability: Highly expandable design regardless of circuit method.
