The CSR Ranking sponsored by Toyo Keizai Inc. (December 2024)
The “CSR Ranking” ranks “reliable companies” on the basis of “CSR evaluation” of HR utilization, the environment, corporate governance, and social performance, as well as financial criteria.
In the 2024 evaluation, Tamura Corporation has erceived the following ratings out of 5-rank scale (AAA,AA,A,B and C).

FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index (April 2024)
The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index designed by FTSE Russell is a sector-neutral index to reflect the performance of Japanese companies that excel in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives in each sector. Tamura Corporation was selected as a constituent of this newly-established index.
Certified as a 2025 Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (large corporation category)
Tamura Corporation has been certified as a "2025 Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (Large Corporation Category)" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Conference.
Psychological Safety AWARD 2022 - Gold Ring Award
Tamura Corporation was selected to receive the Gold Ring Award at Psychological Safety AWARD 2022 organized by ZENTech Inc. to celebrate teams and organizations that work to create psychological safety.
Designated as “Sainokuni Factory” by Saitama Prefecture
Thanks to our acquisition of the Nearly ZEB certification for the building, the implementation of plant tours, and the Monozukuri School, our social contribution activities to the local community were highly regarded and the Sakado Factory was recognized as a technologically and environmentally excellent factory and designated as FY2018 “Sainokuni Factory” by Saitama Prefecture.
Received the Encouragement Award at the Sainokuni Saitama Environmental Awards for FY 2022
Sakado Office was awarded the Encouragement Award at the Sainokuni Saitama Environmental Awards for FY 2022. This recognition was based on its various initiatives, including achieving 'Nearly ZEB' (with an energy-saving rate of over 75%) and implementing various activities such as regional clean-ups, driven by employee ideas.
