Necessity of grease up

The conveyor chain and chain guide rail continue sliding in a heated environment.

As shown in the drawing on the left, the conveyor chain and guide rail slides repeatedly through a high temperature area at a speed between 0.3m/min and 1.5m/min.

For this reason, it is necessary to constantly lubricate the parts where metals slide against each other in order to prevent and reduce wear caused by metal sliding.
