2LH/2XH (For Wolfspeed)

For Wolfspeed / All SiC Power Module LM type

2LH/2XH series is suitable for Wolfspeed / LM type power modules. Built-in isolated DC / DC converter and gate drive circuit, in addition, gate resistor and short circuit protection have already been set. There is also a Follower board, so multiple power modules can be driven simultaneously with one signal.

  • Low coupling capacitance: 11pF/ Common mode noise reduction
  • SC protection: Short-circuit mask time (tsc)
    / Adjustable down to (T.B.D)us. Suitable for SiC Power Modules
  • High output power: Output power suitable for high frequency drive (T.B.D/1ch)
  • Scalability: Can be installed on top or to the side of the power module
