
Audio Mixing Console NT Series
The NT series is a digital mixing console designed for live broadcasting and recording studios, capable of building large-scale systems with its ROUTER (10,240 × 10,240) and a DSP CORE that supports up to 1,024ch digital audio signal processing.
The NT880 is Tamura's flagship model, offering stress-free operation with an abundance of encoders and switches on the surface, along with production support features that enhance the efficiency of program settings.
The NT660 retains the intuitive, channel-based operation while achieving a more compact design, making it ideal for small to mid size TV and radio program production.

- Original technologies Advanced technology
(1) The audio I/O unit and audio processing unit are connected by Tamura's original high-speed transmission protocol TR LINK. High-speed data transmission improves sound quality and reduces latency, and a single cable can transmit up to 512 channels, simplifying the system.
(2) The audio processing unit uses a unique hybrid system of DSP and FPGA, allowing 256-channel signal processing in a 1U unit, which can be expanded up to a maximum of 1024-channel processing. High-density implementation significantly reduces rack space and reduces power consumption.
(3) A newly developed signal processing algorithm and high-precision 44-bit floating-point calculation improve the sound quality of audio processing, such as equalization and dynamics. - High operational safety
(1) The power supply for all units in the system is duplicated.
(2) The data transmission and reception sections of the units in the system, as well as the transmission paths between the units, are all duplicated.
(3) The audio system inside the audio input/output unit is also duplicated, ensuring a high level of safety.
(4) All units in the system can be replaced with the power on, making it possible to realize a near-zero downtime system.
(5) A headroom of 36 dB is achieved for microphone input, making it possible to build a system that is resistant to sudden excessive input.
(6) The main parts of the mixing system are firmware-based and do not use an advanced OS. This achieves high stability and fast startup. - Usability Excellent operability
(1) Each channel has 14 encoders. It consists of two dedicated encoders, the HA/Trim control encoder and the Pan control encoder, and 12 function switching encoders, providing intuitive operability like an analog console.
(2) The center section allows you to operate channel and bus parameters. The touch screen panel and encoders allow you to operate all parameters without moving from the center section.
(3) An expressive OLED display is used to display channel names and parameter settings.
Excellent visibility is achieved using not only numerical values but also graphs.
(4) The input section also allows you to operate the center section, such as monitor source switching, input matrix switching, and meter settings. When building a large-scale system or operating with multiple operators, you can perform the necessary operations at your fingertips no matter where you are on the console. - Efficiency and flexible Efficient and flexible system
(1)The 1U router unit allows large-scale routing of up to 10,240 x 10,240. Regardless of the size of the system, you can build a system with little rack space.
(2)Up to 256 output buses can be configured, and each of the Master, Group, N1, and Multi Purpose buses can be freely configured in units of 2 buses. By not creating unnecessary buses, you can efficiently operate the audio processing capacity by using only what you need.
(3)You can freely assign input channels and various Master Faders to any fader. You can freely create a layout regardless of the channel type.
