If any member of the Tamura Group engages in—or is suspected of engaging in—compliance violations (including harassment), we ask that our business partners notify us so that we may promptly identify and correct such misconduct.

If you agree, click “Agree” at the bottom of this page and proceed to the “Compliance Reporting Hotline.” All reports, including any personal information provided, will be reviewed by the compliance officer of Tamura Corporation, which serves as the reception desk for this reporting system.
Please note that malicious reports, such as those intended to slander or defame individuals, are strictly prohibited.
- Eligible Users
This reporting system is intended for officers and employees (including contract workers, part-time staff, and temporary staff) of domestic business partners in Japan who have business dealings with Tamura Group companies, as well as specified subcontractors.
*This includes those currently negotiating business agreements or within one year after the termination of such agreements.
- Protection of Reporters and Inquirers

- Personal information provided through the Compliance Reporting Hotline for Business Partners will be used solely for the purpose of verifying the facts and communicating the outcome of our response.
- The Tamura Group will not treat the reporter or their affiliated organization unfavorably as a result of their report or consultation.
- Follow-up Process After Reporting or Consultation

- Upon receiving your report or consultation, we will send an acknowledgment email to confirm receipt.
- We may follow up with you to ask for further details in order to accurately assess the situation.
- If any legal or regulatory violations are identified, we will take immediate corrective action and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
