Notice Regarding Completion of Absorption-Type Company Split and Transfer of the Information Equipment Business
Tamura Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that, as disclosed in the "Notice Regarding Absorption-Type Company Split and Transfer of the Information Equipment Business" dated April 8, 2026, the Company has completed today the transaction whereby its Information Equipment Business was transferred to Tamu Radiance Co., Ltd. ("Tamu Radiance") through an absorption-type company split, and all shares held by the Company in Tamu Radiance and Aizu Tamura Corporation, a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, were transferred to FOR-A Corporation.
