Tamura's warranty covers defects in design and manufacturing. Warranty coverage is up to 2 years from the date of invoice.
For direct purchases through Tamura Corporation, units that are under warranty and found to have a defect in design and/or manufacturing will be evaluated, repaired or replaced at no charge. For all units purchased through a distributor, the customer should return the unit to that distributor first.
For the convenience of Tamura's customers, Regional Repair Centers have been authorized to complete out of warranty repair transactions with power supply customers at three locations across the United States. These Repair Stations offer free evaluation of necessary repairs.
